What are the last ordering dates for Christmas?

12 noon on Friday 14th December for UK Standard delivery (Royal Mail)
12 noon on Tuesday 18th December for UK Express (Courier)
12 noon on Tuesday 18th December for Europe Express12 noon on Monday 17th December for Rest of the World Express (including USA)

Every effort will be made to deliver orders placed after these dates before Christmas, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, your account information is used to login to the site. Please save your password in a safe place. Ensure you click the "Update Account" button or you will not be able to purchase any items.

What size will I need?

As per the size guide.

How much will I be charged for delivery?

  • UK Standard (Including Ireland) £5.50 (3-7 days)
  • UK Express (Excluding Ireland) £8.50 (2 days)
  • Europe Standard £12 (over 7 days)
  • Europe Express (Including Ireland) £15.50 (3-7 days)
  • USA Standard £12 (over 7 days)
  • USA Express £16.50 (3-7 days)
  • Rest of World Standard £16 (over 7 days)
  • Rest of World Express £19.50 (3-7 days)

When will my order be processed?

Once an order has been placed via the official website, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail.

We will then process and despatch your order within your chosen delivery period.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards (except American Express and Diners). We also accept all major debit cards such as Switch, Solo and Electron.

Please ensure that you have the correct card details before submitting your order as your order confirmation only confirms that your order has been received.

All orders are processed manually. Should we receive an order which has incorrect card details we will try the card twice and if the card is declined by the terminal your order will automatically be cancelled. You will then be notified by e-mail of the problem with your order and you will need to re-order either via the online store or by calling 0871 227 1898.

Please note that London Irish cannot be held responsible for any orders which are not processed due to incorrect details being submitted by the customer.

Can I use my season ticket holder's discount online?

Yes. Please ensure that you quote your block, row and seat number in the Order notes section of the order. This can then be checked on the system.

Can I have an order sent to a different address?

Yes. You must add any delivery address (if it is different to the billing address) to your address book. Please note: As your goods will be delivered by courier, they will require a signature so please ensure that you give a daytime address.

Can I have a name and number on my shirt?

Yes. Individual numbers cost £3.50, names (of up to 6 letters) cost £3. Each letter after this will cost 50 pence.  Please enter the name and/or number you would like in the Order Notes section.  The total will be added to your bill, but will not show on your e-mail receipt.  This service is only available online or by phone, it cannot be done at the Megastore.
Please note: Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned.

What happens if I want to exchange or return an item?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. Please note that shirts with names and/or numbers cannot be returned unless faulty.  Returns should be sent to:

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery, as London Irish cannot accept any responsibility for goods lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the help section: every effort is made that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct. Your statutory rights are not affected.
 
Please note: Goods purchased online must be returned to the above address. Refunds/exchanges cannot be made at the Megastore, Madejski Stadium unless the goods were purchased from there.

Is it possible to check the availability of an item?

We will inform you if an item is out of stock. Should you wish to check the availability of an item before you order, please call 0871 227 1898.

Can I collect items which I have ordered online?

Unfortunately this is not possible as we do not have the storage space to do so. All orders that are placed online will be despatched by post.
